KidsCare is a Kenyan organization which was established in as an NGO, and was later changed into a Trust in . The founders of KidsCare Kenya are a Dutch couple, Gerard and Lisette Geenen, and the Director Ali Mwaziro. Gerard and Lisette, since KidsCare’s establishment, have continuously supported the organization from their own foundation in The Netherlands.

Program Manager – Inclusive Education

KidsCare Kenya is looking for a Program Manager with strong project management and leadership skills, and experience in special needs or inclusive education.

In this role, you will lead a multi-year quality improvement program for six Special School Units (SSUs) in Lunga Lunga Sub-County. You’ll work at the intersection of education, community, and government – managing teams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving real impact for children with mental disabilities.
