My client develops high-speed System-on-Chip devices in latest CMOS technology for the industry-leading optical products of our telecom segment including transceivers, transponders and ROADM products.
Job Description:
•Coordinate R&D program requirements, internal resources and third-party suppliers for the flawless execution of SoC design projects from the early concept phase to mass production
•Develop and manage the overall project plan spanning the entire SoC development cycle closely with the functional team leaders, product architects, product line management and management stakeholders.
•Identify schedule and program risks and drive its mitigation and resolution
•Align deliverables from internal teams and external partners such as silicon manufacturing, soft/hard IP, packaging, assembly and test, qualification, volume p...
