As a key member of BlueCat’s Learning & Development Department, you will partner with various teams including Sales Leadership and Product Management to deliver comprehensive training programs. Your role will centralize around facilitating pre-sales technical skills and ensuring the Go-to-Market team can effectively articulate product value amid new launches. You'll leverage enablement tools for ongoing learning initiatives.
