Program Manager - Ed Tech

We are looking for a Program Manager with direct experience in running EdTech programs—someone who has successfully managed students, mentors, and company operations to deliver impactful outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

• Run student batches end-to-end — from onboarding to successful completion.
• Make sure classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track.
• Be the main link between students, mentors, and our team.
• Keep students engaged, track their progress, and step in if they fall behind.
• Support mentors so they can deliver smooth, high-quality sessions.
• Set up and improve post-sales processes for a better student journey.
• Keep an eye on key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.).
• Use data to find gaps and make programs better every cycle.
• Work with sales, content, and product teams to improve overall experience.
