We are looking to add a Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus, reporting to the Program Management Manager.
The Sr Program Manager will manage and lead the multifunctional team assigned to the account, focusing on operational and financial results aligned with organizational objectives and those of our clients.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with the CFT to ensure compliance with targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.).
Lead large NPI projects and communicate project status and day‐to‐day activities to external customers and upper management.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve goals negotiated with external and internal customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and project profitability.
