Program Manager - Deposit Products

Job Summary

The Program Manager’s primary role is to develop new deposit products, enhance features of existing deposit products, and/or implement seasonal/tactical campaigns for such products. The main objective is to sustain the growth of the Bank’s deposit portfolio.

How will you contribute?

• Conducts a competitive scan of the various financial services offered in the industry and conceptualizes strategies on how the Bank can best address market needs;
• Under the Department Head’s direction, formulates new products, enhances features of existing products, and/or executes seasonal/tactical campaigns;
• Engages with the different business and/or support units of the Bank to ensure timely and seamless execution of the products and/or campaigns;
• Secures approvals prior to the launch of any new products, enhancements, or campaigns as needed;
