Program Manager – Data & Product Operations to lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of programs involving data engineering, software development, and business process automation for compliance solution (JIRA & Decisions). This role is pivotal in aligning data infrastructure and digital product operations with business goals, ensuring scalable, efficient, and timely delivery across the organization.

The Program Manager will bring extensive experience in Agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and managing technical and operational programs. He/She will work cross-functionally with data engineers, low-code engineers, and software development teams to optimize product workflows, streamline operations, and deliver high-impact solutions.
