Description
We are seeking a highly focused Program Manager to drive the implementation and adoption of new content capabilities, workflows, and AI-enabled tools across EU Prime & Marketing. This role ensures that new content capabilities don't stay theoretical — they are adopted, used, and scaled across teams and marketplaces.

As part of EU Prime & Marketing’s Content Marketing & AI Enablement team, the role ensures that newly defined content standards, learning systems, and tools are successfully embedded into day-to-day workflows across planning, creative development, delivery and optimization — across multiple EU marketplaces and functions.

The ideal candidate is a natural activator: someone who takes well-defined strategy and makes it land in the real world — with urgency, precision, and the ability to bring people along.
