Program Manager

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated Program Manager to lead the discovery, development, and delivery of innovative products to support our B2B and B2C customers. You will partner closely with engineering, design, user experience, merchandising and sales to determine the product vision and prioritize initiatives to successfully meet deliverables.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end development of new products for B2B and B2C customers.
• Drive go-to-market and adoption strategies for new product launches
• Own sprint planning and execution, keeping projects on track and delivering results.
• Curate product pitches for circulation and approval across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps to be shared company-wide, providing visibility into priorities, timelines, and progress.
