Role Overview: As a Program Manager in the Growth & Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and programs aimed at driving offline org scale-up, training, engagement and life-cycle management leading to higher productivity of this org. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in program management, a deep understanding of sales & operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with top management as well as regional teams, HR, tech etc.
