About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong Banking/Fintech (BFSI) background to lead large-scale technology transformation and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex technology development programs, financial oversight, and global delivery teams (onshore and offshore).
This role requires strong leadership, governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery expertise to ensure successful execution of enterprise technology programs.
