Millennium is seeking a highly experienced senior individual contributor to serve as Program Manager—based in India—with a primary mandate to build, scale, and strengthen India as a strategic execution and capability hub for our global Technology platform. In this role, you will shape the India strategy, stand up and mature capabilities, and drive cross‑regional delivery through enterprise influence and cross‑functional leadership rather than direct line ownership, particularly in the initial phase. You will set the operating cadence, orchestrate complex multi‑team programs, and represent India’s priorities in global forums to ensure disciplined growth of India‑based capabilities aligned with global priorities, advancing scalability, resilience, and risk/compliance outcomes.
