Program manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Program Manager to drive revenue performance, franchise governance, center expansion planning, and data-led business decision-making across multi-ownership models. This role requires strong analytical depth, structured thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Ops, BD, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Unit Economics Management
Own center-level P&L tracking, take-rate governance, margin analysis, and cost normalization initiatives.
- Franchise Governance & Performance Monitoring
Design and implement performance review frameworks for franchise partners; track compliance, KPIs, and operational adherence.
- Center Expansion Evaluation
Assess financial feasibility and performance benchmarks for new and existing centers.
- Data & Dashboarding
Build automated dashboards and trackers to improve visibility on revenue, costs, and partner performance.
