About the Role
To act as the primary, high-level bridge between the customer and internal operations.
Ensure customer satisfaction while driving profitable, on-time, and high quality production across the entire product lifecycle, from NPI to Mass production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Program Planning & Coordination
- Develop complete program plans including deliverables, schedules, milestones, resource planning. Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production to ensure smooth execution.
- Align the program's goals with the organization's long-term business strategy, focusing on continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- 2. Customer Management & Communication
- Act as the primary contact for customers on all program matters. Provide regular program updates, ensure all customer requests pass effectively to internal teams.
