HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a highly skilled Program Manager, Artificial Intelligence to support the Autonomy team in delivering critical improvements across Perception, Prediction & Behavioral ML, TeleGuidance, Planning & Controls, and Collision Avoidance.

In this role, you will focus on driving execution, tracking KPIs, and enabling engineering teams to deliver on key business objectives. 

As a Program Manager, Artificial Intelligence, you'll:Partner with engineering managers and functional leads to translate high-level project goals into actionable roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives independently, focusing on improving autonomous driving behavior.
Support the development of metrics, measurements, and datasets for Driving Behavior KPIs.
