About the Role

We are rapidly expanding our Cloud Native and AI Infra business in APAC and are seeking a Principal TPM to serve as outbound TPM owner for key accounts. In this role, you will work closely with both executive level and working level stake holders at strategic accounts to drive OCI adoptions, deliver value, and foster long-term growth. 

This position is based in China/Hong Kong.


Job Description

  • The Strategic Customers, Engineering team (SCE) at OCI is tasked with managing the relationships with some of our most significant customers. You are the ultimate owner at SCE for overall customer satisfaction and account healthiness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success within OCI. Working closely with customer engineers, infra and service teams to address customer issues in a prompt and scalable way.
