Job Summary:-
PMO activities specifically for Indirect Procurement and IT purchases, tracking spend, PR/PO cycles, and vendor interactions for sites.
Key Responsibilities
Along with common PMO responsibilities:
- Partner with Indirect Procurement team to track PR creation, PR ageing, PO issuance, and vendor onboarding.
- Monitor IR (Inspection Report) status, service entry sheets, and GRN progress.
- Track indirect spend budgets, variance, and savings pipelines for IT, MRO, facility services, and capex-related expenses.
- Support sourcing events—RFP tracking, bid evaluations, commercial approvals, and negotiation timelines.
- Coordinate with IT and Project teams for hardware/software procurement, AMC renewals, and license tracking.
