Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of hands-on experience in PMO, project management, or delivery assurance roles, with a focus on SAP implementations.
Proven experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery from blueprinting to post-go-live support.
Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, PM, HR, etc.), project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and reporting.
Integration knowledge with business functions such as finance, procurement, operations, and IT.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in global delivery models with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in Engineering, Construction & Operations (EC&O) and/or Manufacturing industries.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate methodology, digital PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SAP Project System), and agile delivery models.
