Roles and Responsibilities:

Supporting the execution and tracking of the EAO transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment to milestones and deliverables.

Maintaining a centralized, up-to-date roadmap and portfolio overview across all initiatives, leveraging tools such as Jira, Lean IX and SharePoint.

Preparing materials and coordinating logistics for program reviews, Steer Co meetings, director-level interlocks, and quarterly planning sessions.

Supporting stakeholder communication by preparing structured and compelling updates (dashboards, slides, one-pagers).

Identifying cross-initiative risks and dependencies and working with initiative owners to monitor and address them.
