Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee enterprise‑wide ServiceNow transformation programs from strategy through execution
• Serve as the senior program leader and trusted advisor for executive stakeholders
• Drive strategic roadmap development and platform modernization initiatives
• Provide proactive leadership across ServiceNow operational and transformation workstreams
• Lead cross‑functional teams including architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders
• Deliver transformation initiatives focused on:
• ITOM (IT Operations Management)
• HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
• SAM (Software Asset Management)
• AMP (Application/Asset Management Platform)
