DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development of the BSIS program in Business and Data Analytics, aligned with enterprise systems, business intelligence, and digital transformation needs.
- Ensure compliance with CHED CMO, MORPHE, and other government regulations in offering academic programs.
- Prepare, review, and approve course offerings, syllabi, and reference materials aligned with regulatory standards.
- Build and recruit a qualified faculty pool and lead the Academics Team in faculty development planning.
- Develop and implement a Faculty Development Program aligned with institutional goals.
