Program Head - Entertainment and Multimedia Computing

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop a unique, innovative, and forward-thinking Bachelor’s Degree

Program in Entertainment and Multimedia Computing.

• Ensure compliance with CHED CMO, MORPHE, and other government regulations in

offering academic programs.

• Prepare, review, and approve course offerings, syllabi, and reference materials aligned

with regulatory standards.

• Build and recruit a qualified faculty pool and lead the Academics Team in faculty

development planning.

• Develop and implement a Faculty Development Program aligned with institutional goals.

• Prepare regular academic reports and updates for the Management Committee and

School Board.

• Establish and maintain strategic academic and industry linkages to enhance program

relevance and graduate employability.
