About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Head (MEP) to join the team at AMA Computer College Inc. in Davao City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Engineering Program at our Davao campus, playing a crucial part in the institution's educational offerings and student success.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee implementation of the engineering curriculum.
• Ensure alignment of syllabi, learning outcomes, and assessments.
• Lead curriculum review and continuous program improvement.
• Supervise, evaluate, and mentor engineering faculty members.
• Recommend hiring, loading, and training of instructors.
• Conduct class observations and performance evaluations.
• Monitor student progress, retention, and completion rates.
• Provide academic advising and intervention plans.
• Address academic concerns and student disciplinary matters.
