Overview
One accountable owner (“bus driver / professor concept”) to operate the program, coordinate experts, and keep execution moving.
Responsibilities
- Convert “raw content” into a structured learning journey without over-investing in fancy/costly packaging early.
- Maintain content organization in the existing tools (SharePoint / current setup) while program matures.
- Own the weekly operating rhythm of Technical Learning Paths (cadence, cohorts, check-ins).
- Deliver Training/Coach trainees on general topics (Weeks 1, and 7 to 9).
- Coordinate MEP Trade Coaches and Specialty Mentors during the Technical track for the training. (Weeks 2 to 6)
- Coordinate additional SMEs/experts participation (bring experts “onto the bus” when needed).
- Maintain the curriculum/learning journey updated to reflect actual team workflows, new software, tools and process updates.
