About the Role

Program Director
Desire and commitment to work in outdoor ministry. This may extend to availability and interest to participate in on-going training opportunities.

At least 21 years of age.

Possess a range of experience and knowledge to operate the camp successfully and to ensure a safe and professional camp environment.

Previous experience working with children, and/or as a Camp Counselor.

Ability and enthusiasm to meet and deal with the public, including campers, parents and guests.

Ability to create, revise and implement programs.

Basic administrative, organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to exercise independent judgment.

Physical stamina, good health and emotional stability.

Current Standard First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support
