Program Director
The Program Director is a key leadership role at Rotary YMCA Camp Presqu’ile, a traditional overnight summer camp serving children and youth ages 6–15 on the shores of Georgian Bay. This position is responsible for ensuring that all camp programs are safe, inclusive, engaging, and aligned with the standards and values of the YMCA, CQRP, and the Ontario Camping Association (OCA).
The Program Director ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality programming across all program areas and plays a central role in shaping the camper experience through thoughtful planning, staff mentorship, and strong leadership.
