Program Director

Ensures alignment of design intent with client objectives, regulatory requirements, technical standards, budget parameters, and timelines. Manages design scheduling, cross-discipline integration, compliance review, cost planning, and quantity take-offs to support accurate budgeting and project execution through construction documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Licensed Engineer

• Minimum 3 years of project management and/or relevant design coordination experience

• Strong knowledge of design development, construction documentation, regulatory compliance, cost estimation, and quantity take-offs

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills

• Willing to work in Makati City, Metro Manila
