Purpose of the Role The Program Director – Digital (Technology Enablement Program) is responsible for leading a large-scale, complex technology transformation program that modernises clinical workflows, enhances digital capability, and supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care across Gold Coast Health. This role oversees the strategic planning, execution, governance and benefits realisation of a health technology program involving clinical workflow digitisation, systems integration, real-time data enablement, and operational transformation.
