About the Role
**Position Description & Qualifications**
We are seeking a **Program Director** to oversee execution of a large-scale Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This role combines **executive-level leadership** , Engineering, and **business capture** to deliver mission-critical solutions for U.S. customers in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of **P&L portfolio management** , **large-scale program start-up** , and **high-value organic growth** .
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Portfolio Oversight:** Direct P&L for a portfolio of Task Orders funded by a variety of Mission Partners on multi-faceted, sole-source IDIQ vehicle
+ Ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met across multiple Task Orders.
+ Act as the single point-of-contact responsible for managing and directing Serco activities with respect to the IDIQ and for interfacing with the government
