About the Role
The responsibilities of the Program Director are to:
- P lan, Coordinate and Facilitate Summer and Shoulder Season Programs
- Provide Biblical Leadership Training and Spiritual Oversight to Summer Staff
- Recruit and Train Summer staff for Summer and Shoulder Season programs
- Be involved in otehr Administrative Duties, Website Development and Promotional Development
Qualification:
- Remote First Aid (20 hr course) Certificate or equivalent
- Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Pleasure Craft Operator Certificate. Previous boating experience is an asset
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Outdoor Council of Canada (OCC) Certifications or equivalents are an asset
- Previous camp and leadership experience are an asset
