Hours: 40 hours/week, participation in after-hours on‑call rotation
Wage: $33.77/hour as per the collective agreement; (This is a unionized position within Axis Family Resources Ltd.)

Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Program Coordinator to lead our Specialized Supportive Housing and Community Living Services programs. This is the opportunity to meaningfully impact the lives of our Persons Served while overseeing program operations and ensuring excellence in the service delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for empowering teams through trauma-informed Leadership, including training, scheduling, and participation in recruitment.
