Program Analyst I

Job Summary:

The Program Analyst I position provides direct support to the Federal Personnel Security Department (PSD) and the Team in the management of the Clearance Action Tracking System (CATS) database to ensure operational procedures and day-to-day functions are met and maintain compliance with procedural requirements. The Program Analyst position provides for the production of report development and submission, data collection and analysis, database development and administration of numerous management information systems, managing and monitoring the Security Investigation Budget program as well as providing expertise and coordination for technical support to OPFCC. Performs analytical work to include program analysis, data analysis, budget formulation and execution, budget analysis, program assessment and process improvement.
