About the Role
Collaborate with Program Managers and Regional Directors to identify students with specific needs or difficult situations, understand those needs, and work to find a better program option.
- Provide occasional support for larger sales projects or initiatives as well as seasonal help with certain data entry projects.
**Requirements**:
- Sales Background Not necessary but preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience studying, researching, teaching, or doing service-learning abroad
- Customer service experience
- Understanding of the International Education field
