About the Role

Job Summary

:

In this role, you will report to the Program Interface Manager - Landside


You will monitor that the contractor is compliant with project policies, procedures, site rules and procedures, and that all stakeholders are informed of any interface issues or risks .


Major Responsibilities:

  • Administer project coordination and interface processes

  • Monitor, support and coordinate the integration of the works carried out by different project contractors and various third parties.

  • Support the process to ensure third parties provide the information required for the Capital Portfolio team to manage the interfaces.

  • Keep the Project Contractors and relevant third parties informed of the timing and nature of any proposed or planned works.

  • Support the prevention of third parties interfering with, obstructing, impeding, damaging or delaying the works being carried out by ...
