Position Summary with Job Responsibilities
Analytical skills for comparing and preparing commercial/technical synopsis.
Communication and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in interface of SAP , p-first system, MS Excel
Assist team to complete time bound sourcing activities.
Documentation and storage for retrieval in future.
Engage with suppliers/service providers and keep track of phase wise completion of activities.
Highlight issues to team in case of non-adherence of time line or laid down process steps.
Key Competencies needed:
Multitasking and quick response time.
Able to work in high demanding environment.
Hands on experience on Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of imports / Exports /Purchase and vendor engagement is a plus.
