Your expertise will shape the future of leadership and management by developing both commercial courses and apprenticeship programmes across areas such as leadership, management, coaching, and business administration-supporting team leaders, middle managers, and executive managers.
Through your passion for learning and coaching, you will empower future leaders to reach their full potential using a blended approach of face-to-face sessions and virtual workshops. You will collaborate closely with IQAs to ensure all content meets rigorous quality standards and complies with Awarding and End Point Assessment Organisation requirements.
