Professional Services Specialist

**What you will do**

The role involves End-to-End Project Implementation for large enterprise customers, whether local or global. It requires the ability to fulfill the Vision, Mission, and PD deployment of the Professional Services team. There is direct responsibility and oversight for the implementation of strategic local and global accounts. Additionally, the position acts as a “Coach in the Field” for fellow Professional Services team members and is accountable for both project and customer success. The role includes working with the PS Manager to implement and enhance value-added services, driving NPS, and managing Voice of the Customer (VoC). Finally, it requires being a contributing member of the Professional Services team with a focus on continuous improvement.
