Professional Development Manager

• End‑to‑end staffing management for analysts, consultants and engagement managers, coordinating resourcing plans across projects.
• Build deep relationships with leadership to understand client needs and support the balanced allocation of consulting talent.
• Maintain staffing plans and identify gaps early, working with regional leaders to develop and execute gap‑filling strategies.
• Update and manage work‑in‑view and work‑in‑hand tools to provide visibility on project and staffing requirements.
