Purpose of the Role

The Production workflow optimisation Specialist is responsible for identifying, modelling, and delivering performance improvements across the Formula 1 team’s technical, operational, and organisational systems. Working at the intersection of data, engineering, and operations, the role ensures that opportunities are systematically identified, prioritised, and converted into measurable on‑track and off‑track performance advantages.
