Position Summary
- Coordinate production-related services to meet customer requirements and needs.
- Perform Order Entry of new orders into Technique software.
- Enter shipping and batch instructions for orders into Technique software.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all inputs, including but not limited to, print order, mail file, supplied inserts, outsource needs and verify completion of manufacturing instructions and production
- Generate the Technique job plan for each individual job based on information provided/received from the customer.
- Collaborate with Account Specialists/Sales to meet Customer requirements
- Communicate Customer expectations directly to the manufacturing plant
- Maintain/track plant schedule per customer approved schedule
