Job Summary This position involves assisting the Production group in setting up and operating equipment in a process development or limited production environment. Responsibilities include setting up repeat work, training other employees, performing specific preventive maintenance tasks, documenting process conditions and results, and quality reporting. Occasionally, this role may require temporarily assuming the responsibilities of a Laser Operator.
 Responsibilities Assist in the setup and operation of production equipment.
Conduct training sessions for other employees.
Perform specific preventive maintenance tasks.
Document process conditions and results accurately.
Report on quality metrics and issues.
Temporarily assume the role of Laser Operator as needed.
