- Provide 24x7 production support for enterprise applications (ECIF, EPM, ERDPRDM, EAS). Monitor and troubleshoot API calls for Online Services.
- Validate and analyze Dynatrace logs for performance and error tracking.
- Perform incident management and root cause analysis using ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Execute SQL queries and UNIX commands for data validation and issue resolution.
