We are currently seeking a Production Support - Software Development to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
Responsibilities- Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
- Also help with code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
- Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages.
- Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
