About the Role

 Job Description:  Requirement/Must Have: 
 Strong understanding of manufacturing and production environments. 
 Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing systems and production processes. 
 Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 
 Experience: Experience supporting production or manufacturing operations. 
 Experience working with engineering and design changes in a production setting. 
 Responsibilities: Support daily production activities through direct shop floor engagement. 
 Troubleshoot manufacturing system issues, process deviations, and design-related problems. 
 Assess, coordinate, and support implementation of engineering and design changes. 
 Interface with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
