Job Description
- Supervise and control production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Monitor, record, and manage production data and documentation to support process control and compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to shift workers on polymer chip production processes and best practices.
- Support and participate in research and development activities to improve and optimize the polymer chip production process.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or related Engineering field
- Minimum 4-5 years working experiences in Production Engineer in Manufacturing, Polymer related industry will be big advantage.
