PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

QNNECT is seeking a dedicated and experienced PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to oversee the Production Department to achieve production targets; ensure line efficiency, and high-quality production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily activities on the production floor, coordinating workflows, managing production team, and enforcing good discipline; safety and quality standards.

Job Description

Lead and supervise production team to achieve cycle time target, production output, yield, quality and productivity.

Assist on continuous improvement on production's efficiency and effectiveness.

Liaise with the Engineering team to ensure that all production machines, equipment, and plant facilities are functioning properly, well-maintained, and regularly serviced.

Strive to continually improve the function and operation of production to meet Company goals.
