Production Supervisor

Job Role: Production Supervisor

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £37,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Metalis are currently working with a specialist manufacturer, who are looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team.

Job Duties:

Supervise, lead and motivate all employees within own team to achieve daily targets
Conduct daily shift meetings
Oversee daily shift activities and monitor performance
Work closely with the Operations manager and other members of the senior team to continually develop strategies
Develop and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Planning, scheduling and reviewing workload to ensure production output, quality and on time delivery targets are achieved
Deal with absences, grievances, disciplinaries and other HR duties
Implementation and adherence to Health and Safety procedures encouraging safety first culture
