Job Description :

Report to: Plant Manager

• Responsible for all mould production activities including preparation, installing and maintenance.
• Prepare stock spare part
• Allocate technicians for production area.
• Monitor production condition and maintain daily maintenance activity
• Make report on maintenance for production area inspection
• Take correction and preventive action according to company goal
• Undertake utility activities to update technology of production area.
• Suggest methods for system improvement
• Use labor force effectively and comply with the development and expansion of the company
• Create a collaborative and positive working environment for employees
• Provide staff with competencies through education, training following the company’s standards and policies.
