Overview

Agropur is currently seeking a night shift Production Supervisor to join its team in Amqui.

The night shift Production Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and following up on production department operations. Reporting to the Production Manager, the night shift Production Supervisor oversees plant operations, manages the team on their shift, and ensures solutions are found to various issues in order to meet Agropur’s objectives and standards. The role involves continuous supervision of manufacturing processes and procedures with the goal of improving them and reducing costs. The supervisor also contributes to maintaining food quality requirements as well as occupational health and safety standards.

Work schedule: 9:00p.m. to 5:00a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning.
