Production Supervisor

Role Purpose: To supervise production activities, ensure efficient use of resources, and achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise machine operators and attendants. - Allocate work and monitor daily production output. - Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies. - Review and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly production reports and submit reports to the management. - Identify training needs. - Report production challenges and performance to management.
